Se anunță organizarea unei licitații pentru vânzarea activelor companiei MURFATLAR ROMÂNIA SA de către MAESTRO S.P.R.L., în calitate de lichidator judiciar.
MAESTRO S.P.R.L., in its capacity as the judicial liquidator of MURFATLAR ROMÂNIA SA (located in Constanța, Murfatlar, Murfatlar Street No. 1, Constanța County, VAT number: 14940805, Trade Register No. J13/2190/2002) – currently in bankruptcy, en faillite – in accordance with the Decision of the Constanța Tribunal of 14.04.2021 pronounced by the syndic judge in file no. 2938/118/2012 – will organize a public auction starting from 13.06.2024 and subsequently every Thursday at 12:00, until adjudication for:
– Independent assets consisting of intravilan lands related to farm headquarters or mechanical sectors, without constructions, as follows:
– Farm Land 5+6 with an area of 12710.670 sqm – starting price – 66,095.00 euros;
– Farm Land 5+6 with an area of 13586.82 sqm – starting price – 70,651.00 euros;
– Mechanization Sector Land with an area of 41317.24 sqm – starting price – 214,850.00 euros;
– Land related to Farm Annex 1 with an area of 78503.85 sqm – starting price – 40,824.00 euros;
– Farm Land 1+2 with an area of 25558.1 sqm – starting price – 132,902.00 euros;
– Farm Land 4 with an area of 2631.86 sqm – starting price – 13,790.00 euros;
– Mechanical Sector Land for Farm 4 with an area of 3018.07 sqm – starting price – 15,694.00 euros;
– Farm Headquarters Land 7 with an area of 13995.47 sqm – starting price – 72,776.00 euros;
– Farm Headquarters Land 12 with an area of 4129.86 sqm – starting price – 21,475.00 euros;
– Farm Headquarters Land 10 with an area of 6825.03 sqm – starting price – 35,490.00 euros;
– Mechanical Sector Land for Farm 8 and Farm Headquarters 8 with an area of 13887.73 sqm – starting price – 72,216.00 euros;
– Headquarters Land for Farm 9 with an area of 7241.35 sqm – starting price – 37,655.00 euros.
The constructions related to the aforementioned lands are part of the functional assets of the IG S.R.L. Supervision Company.
